After a series of unanticipated obstacles Carly’s mom is about to surprise her. Carly has been serving a mission for the last 18 months in Sidney, Australia speaking Mandarin and teaching English and Christianity. She has been traveling for almost 24 hours and is sitting on the floor at LAX awaiting her connection to SLC. She has no idea her mom flew out to SLC to fly the last leg with her.
